What is the delivery time for my order?
We send out orders twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. During busy periods, such as sale events or the holiday season, we send out orders more frequently.

Once your order has been handed over to Bpost, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest bpost pick-up point for collection.

What are the shipping costs per country?
Belgium
Shipping within Belgium is free.

The Netherlands
Shipping to the Netherlands is free when you spend €100. Are you unable to reach
this amount? Then you pay €10 in shipping costs.

Other European countries
Shipping to other countries in Europe is free when you spend €250 . Are you unable
to reach this amount? Then you pay an extra cost depending on your destination. This cost will be calculated at checkout.  

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier. You can find an overview of the estimated delivery times per country here.

Unfortunately we cannot ship outside of Europe for the moment.

CANCELED ITEMS 

We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. 
We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, in exceptional cases it can happen that during the processing of your order it appears that an item is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us.
In this case, the purchase price of the item, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
