You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.
How to return your order:
Complete the return form included with your order.
Please indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Make sure your items meet our return conditions:

- Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipping
If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and, if available, purchasing shipping insurance. Please make sure your parcel can be tracked and requires a signature upon delivery.
Âme Antwerp is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose a shipping method without tracking or proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return at our warehouse. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange your item for another size? Please indicate this on the return form and send the item back to us.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process the exchange.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International returns
International customers are responsible for all costs related to their return or exchange, including return shipping costs, exchange shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and any other fees charged by customs or local authorities.
For an international exchange, the shipping costs for sending the replacement item are the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you regarding the payment before shipping the replacement item.
